Musicians on Musicians: DJ Elijah Yawho Price on Reggae Rock Group, Audic Empire
By Elijah 'Yawho' Price
A reggae/rock band with feel good vibes, Audic Empire has a chemistry unrivaled in the Austin reggae scene, and at their shows, it’s palpable. Their excitement for their music and performing radiates through the crowd - every person in the audience can feel it.
It’s not hard to find a good time in Austin, but Audic Empire’s shows really set the bar high. As a musician/producer, I’m going to notice things like chord progression and drum breakdowns when I hear a live performance.
These guys deliver every. single. time.
They have this rare ability to make even their biggest shows feel like the most intimate concerts. Every show’s worth attending. It’s a unique listening experience in Austin, for sure.
